Deborah Wolfe

Deborah has been named Trial Attorney of the Year twice by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the area's professional membership organization specifically for civil plaintiff attorneys. She received the title first in 1996, and then again in 2006 for her work in three major professional negligence cases. Only one other lawyer in the history of the organization has received the title twice.

California Lawyer Magazine named Deborah Lawyer of the Year in 1996. Then, in 2002, the same magazine recognized her as one of the Top Ten Legal Malpractice Attorneys in the state.

Deborah became a member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1999 and, in 2008, was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Deborah received her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1980. She is an active member of the state bars of California and Arizona. Deborah is also a professor of Trial Advocacy at the University of San Diego.

Lann G McIntyre

Lann brings over 25 years experience as an appellate specialist and litigator to her practice at Wolfe Legal Group. She uses her outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills in all areas of the firm's practice, including major pre-trial and post-trial motions, research memoranda, mediation and settlement briefing. She also has extensive litigation experience in a wide variety of substantive areas of the law.

Lann received her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1982, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the University of San Diego Law Alumni Association.

Deborah Hartsough

Deborah Hartsough has been a paralegal for over thirty years specializing in complex litigation. Since 1995, she has worked closely with Deborah Wolfe in all areas of her practice, including the prosecution of numerous legal and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Hartsough served as President of the San Diego Paralegal Association in 1998 and 1999 and, prior to that, its Treasurer and Representative to the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations .

Deborah Hartsough is the recipient of the prestigious "M.Lyn Hall-Fore, CLA, Award for Paralegal Excellence" given by the San Diego Paralegal Association, as well as the"Distinguished Service Award" given by the Palomar College, Paralegal Studies Program. She is a Board Advisor to the University of California - San Diego, Paralegal Program, and frequent guest lecturer on civil procedure and ethics at conferences and paralegal programs in San Diego County.
